应用型本科教育“一核三翼”创新人才培养模式研究

摘要
随着工业化与信息化的融合,促进了知识经济的成长,新业态、新技术对人才有了新的需求,高等教育面临着提质增量的双重压力,而基于传统学科体系为基础搭建的人才培养供给已经趋于饱和。昆明理工大学应用型本科教育经过十年的探索与实践,建立了"一核三翼"创新人才培养模式:坚持学生、学校、用人单位三位一体为核心的育人理念,创建"三翼"的人才培养格局即人才培养理论教学设计实现"四个对接",实践技能培养形成"三个融合","一二三课堂"贯通。构建办学关键要素和环节与岗位需求有机衔接、相互贯通的创新人才培养模式,在高等教育人才培养供给侧匹配需求侧,深化内涵建设,实现重应用、强素质、主技能相统一,具有一定的实践效果和研究价值。
With the integration of industrialization and informatization,the growth of the knowledge economy has been promoted,and new formats and new technologies have new demands for talents. At present,higher education based on traditional discipline systems is facing the double pressure of improving the quality and increasing the quantity. In the past 10 years of exploration and practice,Kunming University of Science and Technology has constructed a nuclear innovation personnel training mode,called "One Core with Three Wings",the"Core"of which adheres to the students,the schools,and the employers applied undergraduate education,and the "Three Wings"of which refer to the talents training program designed to realize the "four dockings"of teaching theory,to form the "three integration"in practical skills training and to integrate the classroom teaching,the extracurricular activities and internship into one. It is of practical effect and research value to construct an innovative talent training mode that organically connects the key elements and links of running a school with the employers' demand,matches the supply side of higher education talent training with the demand side,deepens the connotation construction,and realizes the unity of application,strong quality and main skills.
