摘要
针对由于设计年代久远导致的煤矿主通风机性能不足、噪音大和耗能严重的问题,从更换风机主体、更换电机、技术降噪和控制系统四部分对主通风机进行了优化改造。经现场应用表明:改造后,在满足矿井风压与风量的需求下,主通风机的电能损耗降低了15%,噪音降低了40%,解决了通风机的相关问题。
        Aiming at the problems of insufficient performance, high noise and serious energy consumption of main ventilator in coal mine caused by long-term design, the main ventilator was optimized and reformed from four parts:replacing main fan, replacing motor, technical noise reduction and control system. The field application shows that the power loss and noise of the main fan are reduced by 15% and 40% after the modification, which can meet the needs of mine air pressure and volume, and solve the related problems of the fan.
