摘要
本文介绍了新安江水电厂坝顶门机吊具与平衡梁自动穿销装置的研究过程。该装置可有效解决水电厂坝顶门机吊具与平衡梁间的穿销困难问题,实现自动穿销,同时还可以在断电时进行手动穿销。该装置结构简单可靠,运行稳定,便于安装维护。有效降低了工作人员的劳动强度与作业风险,保障了电站防洪度汛工作的顺利开展,可为相关水电厂启闭机械手动穿销装置的更新改造提供借鉴。
        This paper introduces the research process of lifting appliance and automatic pin-passing device of balance beam for gate machine on dam crest of Xin'anjiang hydropower plant. The device can effectively solve the problem of pin threading difficulty between the lifting appliance and the balance beam of the dam crest gate machine of the hydropower plant, realize automatic pin threading, and can also manually pin threading when power is cut off. The device has simple and reliable structure, stable operation and convenient installation and maintenance. The method effectively reduces the labor intensity and operation risks of workers, ensures the smooth development of flood prevention and control work of the power station, and can provide reference for the renewal and reconstruction of the manual threading device of the hoist mechanism of related hydropower plants.
