摘要
某黄金冶炼公司采用两段焙烧技术处理高砷、高硫难处理金精矿,砷的入炉品位约10%,由于焙烧后杂质含量仍然偏高,给氰化提金、锌粉置换的生产控制带来困难。经过多年的生产实践,通过设备改换型、强化酸洗逆流洗涤、精细化控制氰化浸出条件等优化措施,有效提高了金氰化浸出率,降低了材料消耗,取得了较好的经济效益。
A gold smelting company adopts two-stage roasting technique to process the gold concentrates with high arsenic and sulfur content. The grade of arsenic before roasting is about 10 %. The impurities content after roasting is still high,which is troublesome for the operation of cyanidation gold leaching and zinc powder replacement. After many years' practice,such measures are adopted as equipment update,enhanced acid washing and countercurrent washing,refined control of cyanidation leaching conditions,effectively improving gold cyanidation leaching rate,lowering consumption of materials and achieving good economic profits.
