枝江市建设用地使用权数据库整合探讨

摘要
不动产统一登记制度的建立与实施的同时,在全国范围内,土地、房屋、林地、海域等不动产登记业务的数据源格式不同。分析枝江市建设用地使用权多源数据现状,在数据库整合中对有关问题处理情况进行研究和介绍,并探讨下一步不动产数据库整合的方法和技术流程,及开展数据整合,空间位置关系和统一标准紧密整合,消除各类数据之间的矛盾和冲突,形成全市统一的、便于管理的不动产数据库。
With the establishment and implementation of the unified real estate registration system,the data source formats of real estate registration business such as land,houses,woodlands and sea areas are different.This paper analyses the current situation of multi-source data of construction land use right in Zhijiang City,studies and introduces the relevant issues in database integration,and discusses the next step of real estate database integration.Methods and technological processes are discussed to carry out data integration,as well as close integration of spatial location relations and unified standards,to eliminate contradictions and conflicts among various types of data,and to form a unified and easy-to-manage real estate database in the city.
