摘要
储罐油水界面控制得好坏,直接影响外输净化油的品质,对后续的处理工艺产生较大影响。针对油气站场中储罐油水界面测量精度差的问题,采用多段式电容传感器与PLC控制相结合,从测量原理、总体设计以及通信协议等方面进行详细介绍,应用后可实现油水界面的快速准确测量,并与电磁放水阀形成逻辑闭环控制,保证了原油外输的效果,提高了油气站场负荷率,对站场储罐的工程设计有借鉴意义。
        The control quality of oil-water interface directly affects the quality of purified oil transported out. It plays a great influence on the subsequent treatment process. Aiming the problem of poor measurement accuracy of oil-water interface at storage tanks in oil and gas station, multistage of capacitance sensor combined with PLC control is adopted. The principle of measurement, overall design and communication protocol and so on are introduced in detail. Fast and accurate measurement of oil-water interface can be realized with the application. Closed-loop control logic is formed with solenoid drainage valve. The effect of crude oil transportation is guaranteed. The load rate of oil and gas station is improved. Reference for engineering design for the storage tank station is provided.
