2008—2018年京津冀地区外籍入境人员HIV-1感染情况调查

摘要
目的掌握京津冀地区外籍入境人员HIV-1感染情况,为入境人员艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法以2008—2018年期间北京、天津、秦皇岛和唐山4个口岸从外籍入境人员中检出并经免疫印迹试验(WB)确认的HIV-1抗体阳性病例为研究对象,对病例资料及检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2008—2018年,京津冀地区共从318 097名外籍入境人员中检出HIV-1抗体阳性308例,年检出率有一定的上升趋势。所有感染者中,男性占74.4%,年龄在18～40岁的占81.2%,留学生及教师占77.6%。这些感染者来自全球六大区域的74个国家,其中来自非洲的人数最多。89.3%的感染者检出WB条带谱的全条带或次全条带。结论外籍入境人员HIV-1抗体检出率有一定的增长趋势,但绝对数量仍维持较低水平,在境内传播HIV的风险仍不容忽视。
Objective To understand HIV-1 infection of the foreigners arrived at Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei ports,in order to provide data support for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS among foreigners in China. Methods HIV-1 antibody was tested and confirmed by using Western blot for the entry foreigners at Beijing,Tianjin,Qinhuangdao and Tangshan port from 2008 to 2018. The data was analyzed. Results A total of 308 persons were confirmed HIV-1 antibody positive from 318 097 foreigners at Beijing,Tianjin,Qinhuangdao and Tangshan port from 2008 to2018. There was a slight increase trend in the annual positive rate. Among the infectors,the males accounted for 74.4%,18-40 year-old was 81.2%,foreign students and teachers was 77.6%. The infectors came from 74 countries of six WHO regions,most of them were from Africa countries. The profile of Western blot showed that 89.3% of the infected persons were detected as total or subtotal band patterns. Conclusion There was a slight increase in the positive rate of HIV-1 among entry foreigners at China in recent years,but the amount was relatively small.However,the risk of HIV spread inland will not be ignored.
