摘要

为了使《传热学》走持续化发展的道路,本文从教学方法、青年教师培训以及科研转化教学建设等几个方面对《传热学》教学团队的建设模式进行了一系列创新性研究。以教学为主、科研创新协调发展的教学团队模式不仅提升了青年教师的科研能力和教学水平,也提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性,培养和锻炼了学生自主获取知识、运用知识的能力,在教学改革中逐渐形成了鲜明的团队特色。
        In order to achieve sustainable development,the creative research on teaching team development mode is carried according to teaching methods,young teacher training and scientific research to teaching.The teaching team mode of scientific research on the coordination development with innovation can not only improve the research faculty and teaching level of youth teachers,but also stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the students.At same time,the ability of getting and using knowledge can be cultivated and trained.The distinctive team feature can be formed gradually.
