Hp感染与胃癌中的SOX2、VEGF表达的相关性

摘要
目的:研究与分析Hp(幽门螺杆菌)感染与胃癌中的SOX2、VEGF表达的相关性。方法:选取2013年1月～2016年12月间在某院内镜中心经内镜检查取标本及住院患者经胃镜或手术切除标本的144例胃癌患者为研究对象,将144例患者分为胃癌组及慢性浅表性胃炎组,胃癌组患者82例,慢性浅表性胃炎组患者62例。采用Warrthin-Starry银染法以及快速尿激酶实验检验幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况;采用免疫组化SP法,选择SOX2、VEGF专用试剂盒,检测其阳性表达情况,分别对其Hp感染、SOX2、VEGF进行检测,根据Hp感染情况分为阴性组及阳性组,在各阳性组与阴性组内检测SOX2、VEGF的表达情况,比较胃癌组、慢性浅表性胃炎组Hp阳性率与Hp阴性率的差别,同时比较胃癌与慢性浅表性胃炎Hp阳性组中的SOX2、VEGF是否存在差异及三者的相关性。结果:胃癌组HP、VEGF的阳性率明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎组,而胃癌组SOX2的阳性率低于慢性浅表性胃炎组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HP感染与胃癌的发生和发展有着密切的关系,临床中可以通过联合HP、SOX2、VEGF三项检查以诊断胃癌,从而提高确诊率及帮助患者治疗及预后,此种方法值得临床应用。
Objective: To study and analyze the correlation between Hp(Helicobacter pylori) infection and SOX2, VEGF expression in gastric cancer. Methods: 144 patients with gastric cancer who underwent endoscopic examination and endoscopic or surgical resection from January 2013 to December 2016 in an endoscopic center of a hospital were selected as subjects. 144 patients were divided into gastric cancer group and chronic superficial gastritis group, 82 patients in gastric cancer group and 62 patients in chronic superficial gastritis group. The helicobacter pylori(HP) infection was detected by Warrthin-Starry silver staining and rapid urokinase test. The immunohistochemical SP method was used and selected the SOX2 and VEGF special kits to detect the positive expression. The Hp infection, SOX2 and VEGF were tested respectively, and were divided into negative group and positive group according to Hp infection. The expressions of SOX2 and VEGF were detected in the positive group and the negative group, and the differences of Hp positive rate and Hp negative rate in the gastric cancer group and the chronic superficial gastritis group were compared.Meanwhile,the difference and correlation of SOX2 and VEGF between gastric cancer and Hp positive group of chronic superficial gastritis were compared.Results:The positive rates of Hp and VEGF in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in chronic superficial gastritis group.The positive rate of SOX2 in gastric cancer group was lower than that in chronic superficial gastritis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hp infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Clinically,HP,SOX2 and VEGF can be combined to diagnose gastric cancer,thus improving the diagnosis rate and helping patients with treatment and prognosis.This method is worthy of clinical application.
