NOSES结直肠癌根治手术中纱布使用技巧和经验

摘要
目的探讨NOSES系列手术中纱布的使用技巧、特点及重要的实践意义。方法通过对NOSES系列手术过程中纱布的不同用途和具体的操作方式进行描述和展示,总结NOSES系列手术中纱布的使用技巧。结论纱布在NOSES系列手术中的用途广泛且方式多样,在手术过程中可发挥重要的作用。熟练掌握纱布的使用技巧有助于临床医生在开展NOSES过程中提高手术技能,有利于促进NOSES推广应用和操作规范化。
Objective To explore the skills, properties and significance of using gauzes in natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES). Methods To summarize the application of gauzes in NOSE, we demonstrate and describe the usage of gauzes in different NOSES scenario. Conclusion There are various ways of using gauzes in NOSES,which plays a significant role during the surgery. Mastering the skills of using gauzes would help to improve surgical skills of surgeons in NOSES and promote and standardize NOSES in clinical practice.
