摘要

本文以煤矿安全生产管理人员为研究对象,分析学历职称、相关制度、安全教育培训、其他支撑体系四种因素对煤矿安全管理人员安全素质的影响,围绕这四种因素设计调查问卷,对煤矿安全管理人员进行问卷调查。通过对调查结果进行多元线性回归分析,确定影响因素的重要性,为提升煤矿安全管理人员的安全素质提供对策和建议。
        This paper takes coal mine safety management personnel as the research object,and analyses the influence of four factors,including academic qualifications,relevant systems,safety education and training,and other supporting systems on the safety quality of coal mine safety management personnel. Based on these four factors,a questionnaire is designed to investigate coal mine safety management personnel. Through multiple linear regression analysis of the investigation results,the importance of influencing factors is determined,and countermeasures and suggestions are provided for improving the safety quality of coal mine safety management personnel.
