摘要
采用PTFE乳液对涤纶进行浸渍包覆,研究PTFE乳液的质量分数、浸渍时间、焙烘时间、焙烘温度等条件对涤纶及过滤毡性能的影响。SEM、傅里叶红外、DSC、TG等测试结果表明:纤维经过包覆整理(PTFE乳液质量分数为15%,焙烘时间为60 min,焙烘温度为120℃,浸渍时间3 min)后,平均断裂强力从16.07 cN提升到17.38 cN,耐温性从400℃上升到415℃;过滤毡的纵横向断裂强力都有所提升;对于粒径为1.0~1.5μm微粒的过滤效率由85%提高到100%,过滤性能提高。
Polyester fiber is treated with PTFE emulsion to study the influence of PTFE emulsion mass fraction, impregnation time,baking time and baking temperature on the properties of polyester fiber and filter felt. The results of SEM, FT-IR, DSC and TG show that the fiber strength improves from 16.07 cN to 17.38 cN, temperature resistance increases from 400℃ to 415℃, both vertical and horizontal rupture strength of filtration mats improves and filtration performance increases with particle filtration efficiency for the particle size of 1.0~1.5 μm increasing from 85% to 100% after coating under conditions of PTFE emulsion concentration 15%, immersion for 3 min and curing at 120℃ for 60 min.
