乌头煎熏洗结合功能锻炼对比单纯功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后功能康复治疗效果观察

摘要
目的:研究乌头煎熏洗结合功能锻炼对比单纯功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后功能康复治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月入我院骨科接受手术治疗且住院的踝关节骨折患者100例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各组50例患者,研究组患者进行乌头煎熏洗结合功能锻炼,对照组患者单纯进行功能锻炼,对比分析两组患者AOFAS评分、肿胀值、VAS评分、踝关节活动度和感染系列等指标。结果:踝关节骨折患者术后进行乌头煎熏洗结合功能锻炼不仅能有效缓解疼痛、改善患者的支撑情况、增强其自主活动性、恢复关节屈伸活动功能,还能有效减少术后患者踝关节的肿胀度、改善患者术后踝关节的主动活动度,研究组患者恢复疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:乌头煎熏洗结合功能锻炼对比单纯功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后功能康复治疗有更显著的疗效,且乌头煎薰洗简单易行,无创伤、无痛苦,值得广泛推广。
Objective:To study the effect of Wutou Decoction fumigation washing combined with functional exercise comparing with simple functional exercise on functional recovery of ankle joint fractures after operation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into study group and controlled group.Fifty patients in each group,the study group was treated with Wutou Decoction fumigation washing combined with functional exercise,the controlled group of patients with purely functional exercise,comparative analysis of two groups of patients with AOFAS score,swelling value,VAS score,ankle mobility and infection series and other indicators were exerted.Results:Wutou Decoction fumigation washing combined with functional exercise could not only effectively relieve pain,improve the support of patients,enhance their autonomic activity,restore the function of joint flexion and extension,but also could effectively reduce postoperative ankle swelling And improved the active degree of ankle joint after operation.The recovery effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Wutou Decoction fumigation washing combined with functional exercise compared with simple functional exercise on functional rehabilitation of ankle fractures after treatment has more better effect,and Wutou Decoction fumigation washing is simple,non-invasive,no pain,worthy of extensive promotion.
