摘要
此处提出了一种基于开关管箝位的非隔离型光伏逆变拓扑,与传统的H6相比,在电感续流阶段将中点电压箝位,可更好地抑制对地漏电流。由于功率开关管寄生电容的存在使电路漏电流无法得到很好的消除,针对这一问题,提出了有源箝位电路,在电感续流阶段通过箝位开关管将中点电压箝位到直流母线电压的一半,保证系统在各种情况下都具有续流通道,且消除了对地漏电流。通过仿真验证了拓扑的可行性和正确性,证明了新拓扑可将共模电压箝位从而更好地抑制对地漏电流,提高了系统的安全裕度。
        A new kind of non-isolated photovoltaic inverter topology is proposed based on active clamped,compared with the traditional H6 topology,the midpoint voltage can be clamped and the leakage current can also be inhibited during the inductance postproduction phase.Due to the existence of the parasitic capacitance in the power switch,it makes the leakage current could not be well eliminated in the circuit, in order to solve this problem, the active clamp circuit has been put forward, not only can the midpoint voltage be clamped to the half of the direct current power through active clamping switch during the inductive postproduction phase,but also can be ensured continue circulation way in the case of a power factor is less than one,hence the new topology could better eliminated the leakage current.The accuracy of new topology has been verified through the simulation, not only can the midpoint voltage be clamped,but also it could inhibit the leakage current,ultimately,it improves the safety margin of the system.
