摘要
光电位置敏感探测器(PSD)用于焊缝跟踪系统时,由于其非线性畸变问题,导致系统跟踪精度降低。本文在分析双三次插值算法原理的基础上,提出了适用于二维PSD在离散标定中出现的非均匀网络的改进双三次插值算法,并通过仿真和实验进行算法验证。仿真结果表明,采用改进算法对二维PSD全感光面上的非线性畸变进行校正后,误差均值为1.2μm,这与其他几种经典插值算法相比有明显优势。实验结果表明,PSD光敏面中心1mm×1mm范围内静态光斑点的非线性畸变经过改进算法校正后的误差均值为4μm;同时该算法对于PSD采集的动态光斑点也取得了比较好的校正效果,验证了其在焊缝跟踪系统中的适用性。
        Nonlinear distortion of position sensitive detector(PSD)will reduce the precision of weld seam tracking system with PSD as visual sensor.Based on the principle of bicubic interpolation,this paper presented an improved algorithm suitable for non-uniform grid in discrete calibration of two-dimensional PSD.Then the effectiveness and practicality of this algorithm were verified by simulation and experiment.Simulation results show that,corrected by the improved bicubic interpolation algorithm,average error of nonlinear distortion on the whole photosensitive surface of two-dimensional PSD is 1.2μm,which proves that this algorithm has obvious advantages over other classical interpolation methods.Experiment results show that average error of the corrected nonlinear distortion of static spots in the central photosensitive area(1mm×1mm)of PSD is 4μm.Meanwhile,the satisfactory correction effects on dynamic spots collected by PSD demonstrate that the improved algorithm is applicable to a real weld seam tracking system.
