浅析低丘缓坡地开发的规划方法——以宜都市高新技术产业园区规划为例

摘要
土地供需矛盾是中国城镇化高速发展中所不能规避的问题,我国丘陵城市众多,低丘缓坡地的开发利用已成为该类城市土地资源用地发展的新思路。因地形地貌复杂、生态环境敏感、开发成本高、分析方法繁琐等原因,低丘缓坡地的规划设计必须因地制宜,寻求正确的规划方法。该文以宜都市高新技术产业园规划方案为例,探讨在低丘缓坡地规划中的合理规划方法。
Land imbalance between supply and demand is the inevitable issue in the development of the urbanization in China. It has become a new theme for the land development of mild slope of low mountains and hills in hilly area because of numerous hilly cities. The planner must face the challenge about complex landform, ecological sensitivity, high investment, complex techniques and etc, and find the correct planning method. The article takes the planning in Yidu as an example, inquiring into the scientific method and design methodology about ecological embedded programming for mild slope of low mountains and hills in hilly area.
