风险管理对精神病科患者及护理人员的影响

摘要
目的观察风险管理对精神病科患者及护理人员的影响。方法抽取我科室2016年1月—2017年12月收治的90例精神病科患者以及15名护理人员作为研究的观察对象。90例患者按照护理方法均分为常规护理组和风险管理组各45例。对护理前后两组患者的风险事件发生率、依从性、护理满意度以及护理人员的临床护理水平进行观察对比。结果实施风险管理后我科室护理人员专科护理理论水平、操作能力、事件应对和风险意识都有提升(P <0.01);风险管理组患者依从性、护理满意度均优于常规护理组(P <0.05)。风险管理组风险事件发生率低于常规护理组(P <0.05)。结论精神病科有计划地实施风险管理,可提升护理人员护理能力和工作质量,提高患者依从性及满意度,使风险事件发生率降低。
Objective To observe the effects of risk management on psychiatric patients and nursing staffs. Methods 90 psychiatric patients and15 nurses admitted in our department from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the nursing method, 90 patients were divided into routine nursing group(n=45) and risk management group(n=45). The incidence of risk events, compliance, nursing satisfaction and clinical nursing level of nursing staff were observed and compared before and after nursing. Results After the implementation of risk management,the theoretical level, operational ability, event response and risk awareness of nursing staff were significantly improved(P < 0.01). The patients' compliance and nursing satisfaction in the risk management group were significantly better than those in the routine nursing group(P < 0.05). The incidence limit of risk events in the risk management group was lower than that in the routine nursing group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The planned implementation of risk management in psychiatric department can improve the nursing ability and work quality of nursing staffs. It can also improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients with less risk events.
