分散式风电宏观选址方法浅析

摘要
随着开发条件好的集中式风电资源开发殆尽,弃风限电现象日趋频繁,注重消纳、并网灵活的分散式风电资源在近几年的时间内日益受到政府、风电开发企业的重视。但受限于之前分散式风电发展缓慢的局面,目前尚未有较为完善的分散式风电选址方法。根据分散式风电的特点并结合国内近期出台的有关政策文件,通过建立消纳-大尺度-中尺度-小尺度的分散式风电选址方法,以较小的工作量快速、准确筛选出分散式风电场址,为相关单位开展分散式风电选址提供了可靠的参考。笔者对此分散式风电选址方法进行了介绍。
        With the exhaustion of centralized wind power resources with good development conditions and the increasing frequency of wind abandonment and power limitation, distributed wind power resources with flexible integration and absorption have been paid more and more attention by the government and wind power development enterprises in recent years. However, due to the slow development of distributed wind power in the past, there is no perfect site selection method for distributed wind power. According to the characteristics of distributed wind power and the relevant policy documents issued recently in China, the distributed wind power site selection method of absorption-large scale-mesoscale-small scale is established, which can quickly and accurately select the distributed wind power site with small workload, and provide a reliable reference for relevant units to carry out distributed wind power site selection. This paper introduces the distributed wind power site selection method.
