摘要
南水北调来水调入密云水库设九级梯级泵站,其中七级低扬程泵站中近半数为超低扬程泵站,净扬程小于2 m,为保证超低扬程条件下泵装置具有较好的水力性能,针对泵站的进、出水流道进行水力优化设计及泵装置模型试验研究,并通过天津同台测试模型进行验证。经过水力优化设计的泵装置在扬程低于2 m的条件下水力性能优异,满足合同规定要求,对于年运行时数长的供水泵站可降低能耗,且运行安全可靠。
Miyun Reservoir has 9 cascade pump stations for regulating the water from South-to-North Water Diversion,of which,7 cascades are low-lift pumps and amount that nearly half of the pumps are ultra-low head ones and the net head is less than 2 m.in order to obtain better hydraulic performance at the super low-lift conditions,the hydraulic design to pump inlet & outlet flow passage had been optimized and the pump model test had been studied.According to the verification test on the same test-bed in Tianjin,the pump with optimized design has good hydraulic performance at the head of lower than 2 m.The contractual requirement is fulfilled.This optimized design is also better for the pump stations with longer annual operation time,including power consumption reduction,as well as a safe and reliable pump running.
