摘要
针对薄隔水层低承压灰岩含水层涌入工作面造成黄河生态湿地水位下降问题,采用数值模拟、现场实测、数理统计等手段综合剖析采动底板破坏带发育规律,并基于室内实验及注浆工业化试验研究了底板黄土高效注浆关键技术。应用结果显示,在底板破坏深度以下注入改性的黄土基浆液可降低矿井涌水量90%以上,其中,黄土基浆液主要由除砂后黄土加入奥灰水中快速搅拌而制得,高强度开采未造成半干旱地区生态湿地进一步退化,生态效益显著。
        In terms of the problem of the lowering of water level at Yellow River ecological wetland,which is caused by water inrush into coal working face from the thin aquifuge-low confined water limestone aquifer,this paper used numerical simulation,in-situ measurement and mathematical statistics methods to analyze the development rule of the floor failure in mining,and to study the key technology of loess efficient grouting for coal seam floor based on laboratory experiments and grouting industrial experience. The results show that the mine water inrush will be reduced more than90% by grouting de-sanding-decentralized loess slurry under the depth of floor failure,and the high intensity mining caused no further degradation in semi-arid areas.There is a remarkable ecological benefit to ecological wetland.
