固定和非固定场所低档暗娼艾滋病相关知识行为分析

摘要
目的了解固定场所和非固定场所低档暗娼的艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识行为,以探索干预模式。方法 2014年3—8月对桂林市城区及10个县从事低档暗娼活动者进行问卷调查及血清学检测。结果共计调查低档暗娼861人,其中固定场所443人,占51.45%;非固定场所418人,占48.55%。暗娼对AIDS知识总知晓率为65.27%(562/861),固定场所为69.53%,非固定场所为60.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.28,P<0.05)。固定场所中低档暗娼的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和梅毒抗体阳性率分别为1.35%、2.03%和4.97%,非固定场所中分别为1.91%、3.59%和9.57%,梅毒抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.81,P<0.05)。结论与固定场所相比,非固定场所中的低档暗娼者传染性病、AIDS的危险性更高,在进行宣传教育时应予注意。
[Objective]To know the knowledge and risk behavior related to HIV/AIDS in low-tier female sex workers from fixed places and non-fixed places,explore the intervention modes. [Methods]The questionnaire survey and serological detection were performed among low-tier female sex workers from Guilin urban area and 10 counties from March to August in 2014.[Results]A total of 861 low-tier female sex workers were investigated,while 443 were in fixed places,accounting for 51.45%,and 418 were in non-fixed places,accounting for 48.55%. The total awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among female sex workers was65.27%(562/861),while that in fixed places and non-fixed places was 69.53% and 60.77% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.28,P <0.05). The positive rate of HIV,HCV and syphilis antibody among female sex workers in fixed places was respectively 1.35%,2.03% and 4.97%,while that in non-fixed places was respectively 1.91%,3.59% and9.57%,and the difference in positive rate of syphilis antibody was statistically significant(χ2=6.81,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The low-tier female sex workers from non-fixed places have the higher risk to infect the sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS than those from fixed places,and it is necessary to pay paid attention to this problem in health education.
