摘要
对未深冷处理和深冷处理的CuCoBeZr合金进行了微观形貌观察和对比分析,并探讨了深冷处理时间对CuCoBeZr合金组织的影响。结果表明:CuCoBeZr合金经-196℃深冷后可获得孪晶结构,其析出物成分为CoBe+Cu9Zr,晶界析出物随深冷处理保温时间的延长而增多。深冷效果对比发现,CuCoBeZr合金深冷处理最佳保温时间为6 h。
The microstructure of CuCoBeZr alloy without cryogenic treatment and cryogenic treatment was observed and compared. The effect of cold treatment time on the microstructure of CuCoBeZr alloy was also discussed. The results show that, the twin structure of CuCoBeZr alloy can be obtained after cryogenic treatment at 196 ℃, and the precipitate is CoBe+Cu9Zr. Grain boundary precipitates increase with the prolongation of cryogenic treatment heat preservation time. The comparison of cryogenic effect shows that the best holding time of CuCoBeZr alloy is 6 h.
