摘要
通过高温固相法制备了单相多晶样品,对样品的磁性质进行测量与分析.XRD结构分析表明,该样品为单相正交结构,空间群为Pnma.磁性的测量表明,低温下样品为相分离态.ZFC和FC出现分叉,表现出典型的相分离特征,在ZFC曲线6K处出现一个小峰.红外吸收光谱分析表明了Al掺杂引起MnO_6八面体的畸变.Sm_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Mn_(0.90)Al_(0.10)O_3交流磁化率曲线实部峰没有随频率的变化发生很明显的温度偏移,而其虚部峰随频率的增加而下降.
        Sm_(0.5)Ca_(0.5) Mn_(0.90)Al_(0.10)O_3 was prepared by high temperature solid phase synthesis technique as polycrystalline samples.XRD analysis of these samples indicates all the samples are single phase with orthorhombic structure and their space groups are Pnma.Magnetic measurements indicate that the samples are phase separation state at low temperature.It is a typically quality,phase separation characteristics,and there is a divarication between ZFC and FC.Furthermore,a week peak appears when the temperature is 6Kon ZFC.Infrared absorption spectrum analysis indicates that Al dopping leads to distortion of MnO_6 octahedral.The samples' ac susceptibility curve,shows that the real peak with increasing frequency is not obvious temperature movement,while the imaginary part peak value decreases with increasing frequency.
