深部沿空掘巷煤柱优化与巷道支护设计研究

摘要
沿空掘巷合理煤柱留设与巷道支护设计既可保证巷道围岩稳定性,又可提高煤炭采出率。针对深部矿井沿空巷道矿压显现尤为明显问题,对深部小煤柱护巷机理及沿空巷道合理支护方案进行了研究,并以27305带式输送机巷为工程研究背景,对区段煤柱合理尺寸及巷道支护方案进行了优化。矿压观测结果表明,该尺寸煤柱及支护方案能保证了巷道围岩的稳定性。
        The design of reasonable pillar and roadway support in gob-side entry driving can not only ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock, but also improve the recovery rate of coal. In view of the obvious problem of strata behaviors along the goaf in deep mine, the protection mechanism of small coal and the reasonable support scheme of gob-side entry in deep mine are studied, and in the engineering background of 27305 belt conveyor roadway, the reasonable size of section pillar and the roadway supporting scheme is optimized. The results of mine pressure observation show that the dimension pillar and support scheme can ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
