摘要
运用无人机低空遥感技术对村庄农房定期航测,运用最大似然法对数字正射影像(DOM)监督分类,识别提取农房建设点。同时利用GIS开发监测平台,比对建设点的实景三维模型与农房建设数据库并鉴别建设性质,识别未批先建、少批多建、随意建等违法类型,便于对合法建设点的监督和对违建点的拆违处理,实现农房建设监测的现代、信息化管理。
        In this paper, we use the low-altitude remote sensing technology of UAV to conduct regular aerial surveys on rural houses,and use the maximum likelihood method to supervise and classify the Digital Orthophoto Map(DOM) to identify and extract the rural house construction points. At the same time, the monitoring platform of GIS is used to compare the real-life 3 D model of the construction site with the rural house database and identify the nature of the construction, and identify illegal types such as unapproved construction, less batch and more construction, and random construction, so as to facilitate the supervision of legal construction sites. The dismantling and disregard of the illegal construction sites will realize the modern and information management of the monitoring rural house construction.
