摘要
为了预防煤矿安全生产事故,河南能源化工集团通过建立风险分级管控机制,推广安全风险预控管理体系,开展领导干部隐患自述、三级安全程度评估、重点灾害专家会诊,创新事故隐患排查治理方式;实施动态达标和分类治理,持续夯实煤矿安全质量标准化,为积极构建煤矿安全生产"三位一体"预控体系进行了探索和研究。
        In order to prevent coal mine production accidents,Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group has established a risk management mechanism to promote the safety risk pre-control management system.Self-reporting of hidden dangers of leading cadres,assessment of the level of security at the third level,consultation of key disaster experts,and create new ways to investigate and control hidden dangers were carried out.Dynamic standards and classification management were implemented,and the safety quality standardization of coal mines was continuously consolidated.The exploration and research were carried out to actively build a trinity pre-control system for coal mine safety production.
