低频脉冲穴位电疗法联合手法按摩治疗腰椎骨折术后便秘的疗效观察

摘要
目的探索低频脉冲穴位电疗法结合手法按摩治疗腰椎骨折术后便秘的疗效。方法选取骨科2015年1月-2018年1月住院腰椎骨折术后发生便秘的患者160例,将患者分为A、B、C、D组,每组40例,A组为对照组,进行常规护理宣教,B、C、D组为观察组分为低频脉冲穴位电疗组(B组)、手法按摩组(C组)和低频脉冲穴位电疗联合手法按摩组(D组),观察低频脉冲穴位电疗法、手法按摩以及低频脉冲穴位电疗联合手法按摩组对腰椎骨折术后便秘缓解的显效率与总有效率。结果观察组和对照组相比,观察组中的低频脉冲穴位电疗组、手法按摩组和低频脉冲穴位电疗联合手法按摩组的显效率与总有效率高于对照组,其中低频脉冲穴位电疗联合手法按摩组的显效率与总有效率高于低频脉冲穴位电疗组和手法按摩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论在指导高纤维食物摄入,常规康复训练基础上使用低频脉冲穴位电疗法和手法按摩能显著改善腰椎骨折术后便秘症状,两者联合使用效果更佳。
Objective To conduct clinical observation on the treatment of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture operation by low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combinedwith manipulation massage. Methods 160 cases of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture surgeryin department of orthopedics in Wuhan No.1 Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 wereselected,the patients were divided into A,B,C,D four groups,40 cases in each group. The Agroup as the control group underwent routine nursing education,the B,C,D group as the observationgroups accepted low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupucture points,manipulation massageand low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulationmassage,respectively. The apparent rate and total effective rate of constipation relief after lumbarvertebral fracture operation in the three observation groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the apparent rate and total effective rate of the three observation groups were higherthan those in the control group. The apparent rate and total effective rate of low frequency impulseelectrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage group were higher thanthose of low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points group and manipulation massagegroup. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of highfiber food intake and routine rehabilitation training,the low frequency impulse electrotherapy onacupuncture points and manipulation massage can significantly improve the symptoms of constipationafter lumbar vertebral fracture surgery,and the effect of the combination is better.
