硝苯地平片、利托君用于先兆早产的临床分析

摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平片,利托君用于先兆早产的临床疗效。方法根据随机数字表法将方便选取该院2015年1月—2018年2月收治的90例先兆早产患者分成两组。利托君组给予利托君治疗,硝苯地平组则给予硝苯地平片治疗。比较两组先兆早产治疗转归效果;延长孕周数;治疗前后患者血压监测指标、心率水平;用药安全特点。结果硝苯地平组疗效和利托君组均是44例(97.78%)(χ~2=0.000,P>0.05);硝苯地平组延长孕周数(5.23±1.41)周和利托君组(5.42±1.25)周相似(t=0.532,P>0.05);治疗后两组组血压监测指标相似,硝苯地平组(62.56±3.21)mmHg、(98.19±2.35)mmHg,利托君组(62.72±3.53)mmHg、(98.14±2.12)mmHg(t=0.433、0.811),但硝苯地平组心率(82.19±2.35)次/min低于利托君组(135.14±6.12)次/min(t=9.433,P<0.05)。硝苯地平组用药安全特点4例(8.89%)优于利托君组30例(66.67%)(χ~2=8.213 3,P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平片治疗先兆早产的疗效确切,可有效改善临床指标,抑制宫缩和延长孕周,用药安全,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine tablets and ritodrine in the treatment of threatened preterm labor. Methods According to the random number table method, 90 patients with pre-term preterm labor from January 2015 to February 2018 were convenient divided into two groups. The ritodrine group was given Litojun treatment, and the nifedipine group was given nifedipine tablets. Compare the effects of two groups of threatened preterm birth treatment;prolong the number of gestational weeks; blood pressure monitoring indicators and heart rate levels before and after treatment; medication safety characteristics. Results The efficacy of the nifedipine group was 44 cases(97.78%)(χ~2=0.000, P>0.05). The nifedipine group extended the gestational age of(5.23±1.41)weeks and the ritodrine group(5.42±1.25)weeks(t =0.532, P >0.05); the blood pressure monitoring indexes of the two groups were similar after treatment. The nifedipine group was(62.56 ±3.21)mmHg,(98.19 ±2.35)mmHg, the Litojun group was(62.72 ±3.53)mmHg,(98.14 ±2.12)mmHg,(t =0.433、0.811), but the heart rate of nifedipine group was(82.19±2.35)times/min lower than that of Litojun group(135.14±6.12)times/min(t=9.433, P<0.05). The safety characteristics of the nifedipine group 4 cases(8.89%) was better than that of the Litojun group 30 cases(66.67%)(χ~2=8.213 3, P<0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine tablets are effective in the treatment of threatened preterm labor. It can effectively improve clinical indicators, inhibit uterine contractions and prolong gestational age, and is safe to use. It is worthy of popularization and application.
