干式培养条件用于体外胚胎培养的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨干式培养箱的工作性能及其在人类胚胎培养中应用效果。方法回顾性分析367例体外胚胎培养资料,比较干式和湿式培养箱日常工作数据和体外培养治疗结果。结果干式培养箱的温度稳定时间(3.02±0.86)分钟较湿式培养箱(4.95±1.43)分钟短(P<0.01),气体稳定时间(10.4±1.1)分钟相对于湿式培养箱(12.0±1.4)分钟明显缩短(P<0.01)。同时,干式培养箱优胚率显著高于湿式培养箱(P<0.01)。结论干式培养箱性能比湿式培养箱更稳定,优胚率更高,有利于获得更好的妊娠结局。
