中成药在泌尿男科疾病的使用原则与思路

中成药在泌尿男科中使用广泛,但不合理处方较多。本文主要探讨中成药在泌尿男科疾病中的使用原则与思路。熟悉掌握药品说明书十分重要,药品说明书是指导临床正确使用药品的技术性资料,根据药品说明书指导临床选方,应遵循以下3个原则:根据药品主要成份判定疾病虚实;根据适应证辨病与辨证结合用药;掌握中成药的用法用量及禁忌。正确掌握药物之间的配伍原则,包括中成药之间的配伍和中成药与西药之间的配伍,更好的指导合理规范使用中成药、提高中成药使用的安全性和有效性。
Chinese patent medicines are widely applied in the treatment of urinary and andrological diseases, but their prescriptions are not adequately rational. Firstly, enough attention should be paid to the specifications of Chinese patent medicines, which provide the technical guidelines for their correct clinical application. Clinical selection of prescriptions should be based on medicine specifications, in which 3 principles should be followed, namely, determining the deficiency and excess of the disease according to the main components of the medicine, using the medicine by spontaneous consideration of disease differentiation and symptoms according to the indications, and knowing the usage, dosage and contraindications of a specific medicine. Secondly, it is essential to have an accurate mastery of drug compatibility principles, including those between the Chinese patent medicines and those between the Chinese and Western medicines, so as to achieve a rational and normalized use and improve the safety and efficiency of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of uroandrological diseases.
