传承关学优秀传统 建立发展新关学

摘要
关学传承发展需要注意陕西、关中地区的学术思想和他们在陕西以外地区发展的关系,两者不能偏废;需要注意关学传承发展的普遍形式和地域独特规律的关系问题,两者体用不二;还需要注意关学传承发展的学术研究和生产生活实践的关系问题,两者本末合一。建立新关学,关键要抓住根本问题进行创新,旧主题要有新表达;融会诸家,旧渊源要有新拓展;努力进行思想创新,旧思想要有新诠释;落实到做人、成人,旧精神要有新弘扬。在基本属性上,新关学是以张载为代表的旧关学在社会化大生产时期的新发展,是社会主义建设时期的当代新儒学,是社会主义儒学在陕西地区的引申和发展。
Regarding the inheritance and development of Guan School,priority should be given to the relationship of academic thoughts between Shaanxi and Guanzhong area and outside Shaanxi. Both should neither be emphasized nor neglected at the expense of another. Besides,greater importance should be attached to the relationship between the popular forms and the unique laws,and the relationship between the unity of the academic research and production and life practice. To establish new Guan School,the key is to seize the fundamental problems for innovation,with the old themes,to be renewed,the old sources,to be expanded by synthesizing different schools,the old ideas,to be newly annotated for innovations,the old spirit,to be carried forward for cultivating people. On the basic attributes,new Guan School is the latest development of the old one,represented by Zhang Zai in the period of the socialized mass production,the contemporary Neo-Confucianism in the period of socialist construction,and the extended development of the socialist Confucianism in Shaanxi.
