新一代信息技术对体育知识产权保护影响分析

摘要
作为信息技术与知识产权相结合的产物,数字知识产权与传统的知识产权相比较,在传播特征、存储方式和侵权方式等方面,有其特有的规律性。新一代信息技术为体育知识产权保护带来机遇和挑战,对其展开研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文分析了新一代信息技术传播环境下体育知识产权保护中存在的问题,并据此提出相应的对策,以期提高体育知识产权保护程度,促进我国体育事业健康有序的发展。
Compared with the traditional intellectual property rights, digital intellectual property is the result that combines information technology and intellectual property rights, and has special status in communication feature, storage and infringement methods. It is important both in theory and practice to research sport intellectual property, which is brought the challenges and opportunities by the new generation information communication technology. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the existing problems of sport intellectual property based on the new generation information communication technology, we present suggestions for improving sport intellectual property regulation, and expect to improve influencing factors of sport intellectual property protection and healthily and orderly push the development of sports cause in China.
