摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、问卷调查法对武汉地区高校体育赛事中餐饮现状进行研究。结果表明:参赛运动员对饭菜总体满意度较高,对饭菜分量、质量、食品卫生状况整体满意度较好,多数运动员觉得饭菜口味一般;进餐时间较充裕,但进餐时间与比赛时间间隔很难保障;运动补液存在一定的不合理性。建议:加强运动营养教育;发展与网络订餐平台的合作,推行便捷的网上订餐服务;寻求运动饮料厂商赞助,为运动员提供专业的运动饮料。
By using the methods of literature, interview, observation and questionnaire, this paper makes a research on the current situation of catering in college sports events in Wuhan. The results show that the overall satisfaction of the athletes was high, and the overall satisfaction of the weight, quality and hygiene of the food was good. Most athletes feel that the food tastes ordinary. The time for meals was enough, but the time between meals and competitions was difficult to guarantee. There was some irrationality in sports beverage. It is suggested that sports nutrition education should be strengthened, cooperation with online ordering platform should be developed, convenient online ordering service should be implemented, and sponsorship from sports beverage manufacturers should be sought to provide professional sports beverage for athletes.
