新时代大学生体育生活方式的变迁

摘要
新时代背景下,体育活动已经成为了增强国民体质、提高健康水平最积极、最有效、最经济的生活方式。本文通过对大学生体育生活方式的演变和特点进行研究,分析新时代大学生体育生活方式的特点与转变。结果表明:我国大学生的体育生活方式在科学化、大众化和多样化的驱使下,促使新时代大学生的体育生活方式产生了变化,主要体现在体育生活方式日趋丰富、由简单的方式开始向复杂和舒适的方式转变、运用智能化介入管理、虚拟体育走进体育生活、体育消费成为一种时尚。
Under the new era,sports activities have become the most active,effective and economical way of life to enhance national physique and raise the level of health. This paper studies the evolution and characteristics of college students' sports lifestyle,and analyzes the characteristics and changes of college students' sports lifestyle in the new era. The result shows that the sports life style of college students in our country,driven by scientific,popular and diversified,has brought about change in the sports life style of college students in the new era which is mainly reflected in the increasingly rich way of sports life,the transformation from a simple way to the complex and comfortable way,and the use of intelligent intervention management,the introduction of virtual sports in sport life,and sports consumption as a new fashion.
