2017年全运会散打男子60kg决赛中冲拳技术分析
摘要
拳法技术是散打运动员主要的攻击手段和得分方式之一,冲拳技术简洁实用,既可以用来主动进攻对方,也可以阻击对方的进攻。该文通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对2017年全运会武术散打男子60kg决赛中运动员冲拳技术运用情况进行研究,从而更好地促进散打技术训练的科学化发展。
Boxing technique is one of the main attacking means and scoring methods of sanda athletes. Punching technique is simple and practical, which can be used to attack the opponent actively or to block the opponent's attack.Through the methods of literature review, video observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studied the application of punching techniques in the sanda men's 60 kg final of the 2017 national games, so as to better promote the scientific development of sanda technique training.
