体育健身团队负责人胜任力评价量表编制及信效度检验

摘要
采用行为事件访谈法(BEI),对34位体育健身团队负责人进行访谈,构建体育健身团队负责人胜任力模型,包括管理能力、领导能力、服务能力、沟通能力、责任意识、个人特质6个特征群和15个胜任特征。以模型为基础编制了体育健身团队负责人胜任力评价量表,通过766个样本进行验证,研究表明编制的量表包含6个维度、49个项目较为合理。跨样本检验证实,量表区分度良好,每个项目与其所属分量表总分之间的相关值较高,与其他分量表总分的相关值较低;信度较高,内部一致性信度系数、折半信度、重测信度分别为0.950、0.919、0.896;效度良好,内容效度合理、结构效度理想、实证效果良好。所编制量表是一份理想、有效、可推广的量表,可以当作体育健身团队负责人胜任力水平评测工具,为健身团队负责人选拔、培训提供科学依据。
        Behavior Event Interview(BEI) was used to the heads of 34 physical fitness teams to build a model of the competency of the person in charge of the physical fitness team. The model includes six feature groups and 15 competency features including management, leadership, service, communication, responsibility, and personal traits. Compile the competency evaluation scale of the person in charge of the physical fitness team based on the model. The study showed that the compiled scale consisted of six dimensions and 49 projects. It is confirmed by the cross-sample test that the discrimination of the scale is good, the correlation value between each item and the total score of its sub-scale was higher, and the correlation value with the total score of other sub-scales was lower. The reliability high, the Internal consistency reliability coefficient, split-half reliability and retest reliability were 0.950、0.919、0.896. The validity of the scale is good, the content validity is reasonable, the structural validity is ideal, and the empirical effect is good. Therefore, this is an ideal, effective and popularable scale, which can be used as a tool for the evaluation of the competency of the heads of the physical fitness team and can provide a scientific basis for the selection and training of the heads of the fitness team.
