体育高考生教学和管理探究
摘要
针对体育高考生进入高等院校后整体表现欠佳的现状并结合部分身体素质优秀的体育高考生的高考落榜现象,利用访谈调查和查阅文献资料的研究方法,重新审视普通高中对体育高考生的教学和管理工作。在分析普通高中的体育高考生队伍构成特点的基础上,指出现普通高中在体育高考生教学和管理工作上存在的问题,并给出相应的建议和措施。
In consideration of the status quo of unsatisfactory performance of gymnastic candidates in colleges and universities as well as the failure of some candidates who are with excellent physical fitness in college entrance examination, it aims to take a new look on the teaching and management of gymnastic candidates in regular high schools by utilizing such research approaches as interview survey and literature review. Consequently, it points out problems in the teaching and management of gymnastic candidates and proposes corresponding suggestions and measures via analyzing the composition features of the gymnastic candidate team.
