摘要
目的探讨应用mimics软件重建环杓关节三维CT图像的方法。方法对120例喉部结构无异常者(年龄19~84岁)的颈部CT图像,应用mimics软件标记环状软骨、杓状软骨,其中选取软骨密度CT值148、骨密度CT值226进行标记,完成环杓关节三维CT图像重建。结果 120例患者中有104例患者成功重建了环杓关节的三维CT图像,另有16例患者由于无法辨别出明确的杓状软骨或环状软骨轮廓,无法进行描记和重建。结论应用mimics软件可以很好的重建环杓关节三维CT图像的立体结构。
        Objective To study the method of using Mimics software to reconstruct three-dimensional CT images of cricoarytenoid joint.Methods A total of 120 patients of 19 to 84 years old without laryngeal diseases were imaged with CT during quiet breath. Mimics was used to mark cricoid and arytenoid and build three-dimensional photo of cricoarytenoid joint.Results A total of 104 patients were imaged well, while the other 16 patients were not, because it is impossible to distinguish the clear contour of arytenoid cartilage or cricoid cartilage.Conclusion Mimics software can do well for three-dimensional computed tomography of cricoarytenoid joint.
