摘要
在收集各油田加热炉生产及运行数据基础上,引入覆盖率确定不同额定热负荷下加热炉的能效限定值、目标能效限定值、节能评价值,并划分能效等级,为企业生产、加工加热炉产品和认证节能产品提供依据。将基于熵权法的灰色关联分析法应用于加热炉的节能监测,不仅可得到排烟温度、空气系数、炉体表面温度及热效率等各项评价指标的权重,还可定量评价加热炉运行的能耗水平,便于油田企业加强对耗能设备的节能管理。
        Based on production and operation data of furnaces collected from oilfields, the coverage rate is introduced to determine the energy efficiency limitation, goal energy efficiency limitation and evaluating value of energy-saving under different rated heat load of oilfield furnaces, grade the energy efficiency, which can provide the basis for the producing and processing furnace products and energy-saving products certification. Grey correlation analysis method combined with entropy weight method has been applied for energy-saving monitoring of heating furnaces. Not only can it get the weight of each evaluation index, such as exhausted gas temperature, air coefficient, furnace surface temperature and thermal efficiency, etc. but also can quantitatively evaluate the energy- consumption standard of the heating furnace and can strengthen the energy-saving management for energy-consuming equipments of oilfield enterprises.
