我国省际体面劳动水平测度、因素分析及差异研究

摘要
体面劳动作为千年发展目标和可持续发展目标的重要内容之一,受到国际劳工组织、联合国开发计划署等国际组织的广泛关注。通过选取体面劳动的相关测量指标,结合国家权威部门发布的数据,利用SPSS软件及因子分析法进行研究,得出体面劳动主要包括就业保障、劳动保护和工作质量3个公共因子,并测算出我国省级体面劳动的各主要因子得分和综合得分,把全国体面劳动水平划分为四个等级。基于分析结果和实际情况,建议各地区采取有效措施改善体面劳动状况,促进社会的全面发展。
        As one of the important contents of the millennium development goals and sustainable development goals,decent labor is widely concerned by international organizations such as the International Labour Organization and the United Nations Development Programme.Based on the relevant indicators of decent work,data released by the national authoritative department,SPSS software and factor analysis method,this paper gets decent work three public factors,which mainly include job security,labor protection and work quality,and figures out decent labor the main factor score and comprehensive score at the provincial level in our country.At the same time,the provincial level of decent work is divided into four levels.Based on the analysis results and actual situation,it suggests that effective measures should be taken to improve the status of decent work and to promote the all-round development of the society.
