何东仪治疗类风湿关节炎五法

摘要
介绍何东仪教授治疗类风湿关节炎的五种方法。认为:类风湿关节炎乃本虚标实之证,治当求本以补先天之肾;活血化瘀、通络开痹之法应贯穿病程始终;顾护脾胃、未病先防;同时注重内外合治,配合秦氏消痹膏及关节养生操等外治、体育疗法;并擅用对药祛除病邪,深入探索有毒抗风湿中药雷公藤的药理机制。
This paper introduces Professor He Dongyi's five methods in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It is considered that rheumatoid arthritis is a syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The treatment should focus on tonifying kidney to treat the root cause. The therapy of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and dredging collateral for relieving rheumatism should be applied throughout the course of disease. Protecting spleen and stomach and preventing disease before disease onset are proposed. Meanwhile,taking internal and external treatment in combination is emphasized,the external or exercise therapies include Qin's Xiaobi Ointment,joint health exercise and so on. The couplet medicines are made good use to eliminate pathogen. The pharmacological mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii,a herb drug of anti-rheumatism with toxicity,is deeply explored.
