关于民族乡村振兴的实践与思考

摘要
为了大力实施民族乡村振兴战略,进一步推动少数民族村经济社会发展,加强民族团结,浙江省常山县通过发挥乡贤资源优势,积极引进工商资本,持续开展结对帮扶行动,不断改善少数民族村生产生活条件,促进了民族村经济社会和谐稳定发展。文章通过剖析浙江省常山县民族乡村振兴案例,提出引进工商资本、整合资源利用、创新财政资金使用、发挥统战优势等经验启示。浙江省常山县的成功经验对实施民族乡村振兴战略,促进民族村发展具有重要参考价值。
In order to implement the strategy of rejuvenating ethnic minority villages vigorously and further promote the ethnic minority villages' economic and social development, the government of Changshan County, Zhejiang Province, through the use of human resource advantages, actively introduces industrial and commercial capital,continues to carry out paired assistance activities, continuously improves the production and living conditions of ethnic minority villages, and promotes the harmonious and stable development of economy and society. Through the analysis on the revitalization of ethnic minority villages in Changshan County, this paper puts forward the experience and enlightenment of introducing industrial and commercial capital, integrating resource utilization,using innovative fiscal funds. The successful experience of Changshan County has important reference value for implementing the national rural revitalization strategy and promoting the development of ethnic minority villages.
