2017年天津市滨海新区产后恢复情况的调查分析

摘要
目的分析2017年天津市滨海新区产后恢复情况。方法选择滨海新区2017年在天津市滨海新区妇女儿童保健和计划生育服务中心产后康复门诊行产后42 d检查患有疾病的产妇做为调查对象,回顾性分析产妇产后相关疾病的发病情况,统计并比较各疾病发病率。结果压力性尿失禁(SUI)和阴道前壁膨出患者发病率较高,SUI多合并阴道前壁膨出和子宫脱垂。结论现在存在的现状不单单是剖腹产的母婴并发症问题,还有产后康复的问题。产后SUI的患者和子宫脱垂的患者日益增多。所以我中心对近一年来我院行产后康复科检查的患者患病率和治疗率做下调查,希望通过我们的调查能够引起妇女儿童健康相关部门的重视。
Objective To analyze the postpartum recovery of Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2017.Methods Postpartum women who had been examined to suffer from disease at 42 th day after childbirth in Tianjin Binhai New Area Maternal and Children' Health Care and Family Planning Service Center in 2017 were selected as the objects of investigation. The incidences of postpartum related diseases were retrospectively analyzed and counted and compared. Results The incidences of stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and anterior vaginal wall prolapse were higher, and most of SUI were associated with anterior vaginal wall prolapse and uterine prolapse. Conclusion The current situation is not only the maternal and infant complications of cesarean section, but also the subsequent postpartum rehabilitation. The number of patients with SUI and uterine pro lapse are increasing. Therefore, our center conducts a survey on the prevalence rate and treatment rate of patients who have been examined in the department of postpartum rehabilitation in our hospital in the past one year, hoping that our survey can attract the attention of women and children's health related departments.
