摘要

目的:探讨在胃大部分切除术后胃瘫患者中采取综合护理干预的临床价值。方法:收治胃大部分切除术后胃瘫患者18例,分为参照组和试验组,每组各9例。参照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度和胃瘫持续时间均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胃大部分切除术后胃瘫患者中采取综合护理干预的临床价值显著。
        Objective:To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gastroparesis after subtotal gastric resection.Methods:18 patients with gastroparesis after subtotal gastric resection were selected,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,the reference group was given routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and we compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the nursing satisfaction and the duration of gastroparesis were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with gastroparesis after subtotal gastric resection was significant.
