摘要
针对IGBT液冷模块的散热问题,提出了一种用于研究翅柱(翅片)式液冷模块散热效果和流动阻力的数值计算模型,并对比分析了8种不同翅柱(翅片)类型冷板的散热效果和流动阻力;同时,采用均匀设计和回归分析相结合的方法建立回归模型,对翅柱式冷板参数进行优化。结果表明,均匀设计与回归分析相结合的方法能够有效优化翅柱式冷板参数。将优化后的菱形60°角叉排翅柱式液冷模块应用于英飞凌HybridPACK2中,试验取得了良好的散热效果及较低的流动阻力。
A new kind of numerical calculation model is proposed for studying the radiating effect, and the flow resistance of PPFHS(plate-pin fin heat sink) liquid cooled module is also carried out. The comparative study of different plate-pin fin can provide a lot of data which is valuable in statistical calculation. Uniform design and regression analysis are used to optimize the parameters of plate-pin fin and the result indicates that the optimization method is significantly effective.
