金水六君煎延缓皮肤老化机制探析

摘要
金水六君煎由明代张景岳所创,主治咳喘,但笔者临床发现该方兼具延缓皮肤老化的作用。此类论述虽未见于前人文献,但国医大师裘沛然使用该方时,常把患者面容憔悴作为其辨证指征之一。皮肤老化是内源性老化及外源性因素共同作用的结果,肾精亏虚是导致皮肤老化的根本原因,肝血不足、脾失健运是导致皮肤老化的重要因素,痰饮内阻是皮肤老化的中间环节。而金水六君煎补肾填精、养肝健脾以治其本,燥湿化痰以治其标,该方的制方思路恰合皮肤老化的基本病机,且组方蕴含金水相生法,从"肺主皮毛"的角度亦具有延缓皮肤老化的意义。
Jinshui Liujun Decoction(JSLJD) was founded by ZHANG Jing-yue, the main function of which is treating cough and dyspnea. Clinical observation indicated that it can also postpone skin aging. Such kind of discussion has not been found in the literatures of any predecessors. However, TCM Master QIU Pei-ran always used scythropasmus as one of the syndrome differentiation factors when using JSLJD. Aging of the skin is induced by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors,while the loss of kidney essence is the intrinsical reason for skin aging. Deficiency of the liver blood and the dysfunction of the spleen are significant factors, and the obstruction of phlegm and fluid is a middle link in skin aging, whereas JSLJD can invigorate the kidney and replenish essence, nourishing the liver and invigorate spleen to eliminating dampness and phlegm.Its creation idea matches with the essential pathogenesis of skin aging, and its formation contains the theory of mutually promotion of lung and kidney. From the point of view of 'lung governing skin and hair', it also has the significance of delaying skin aging.
