摘要

当下,社会已进入了快速经济发展时代,作为企业管理中的一项基础组成内容,人力资源管理的重要性也愈发凸显,而企业中人事档案管理作为人力资源管理工作中至关重要的一环,也成为了促进和保障企业人力资源管理工作顺利而有序开展的必要条件之一。随着国家新劳动合同法的颁布与实施,企业人事档案管理工作也开始了一系列的完善措施。基于此,只有对时代发展对于企业人力资源管理提出的新要求加以探究,并实施针对性措施,才能真正的发挥出企业中人力资源管理应有的价值。
        At present,society has entered the era of rapid economic development,as a basic composition content in the enterprise management,the importance of human resource management is also increasingly prominent,and personnel file management in enterprises as an important part in human resource management work to the head of a ring,also became the promote and guarantee for enterprise human resources management work smooth and orderly conduct of one of the necessary conditions.With the promulgation and implementation of the new national labor contract law,a series of measures have been taken to improve the management of enterprise personnel files.Based on this,only the development of the times for the enterprise human resource management to explore the new requirements,and the implementation of targeted measures,in order to really give play to the enterprise human resource management value.
