摘要
安岳气田的龙王庙、灯影组等气藏具有埋藏深、高温、产量大、含H2S和CO2等酸性气体且地质条件复杂的特点,给完井作业的工具选材、井筒完整性、施工方案优化、完井液选择等带来了挑战。为确保开发井井筒完整性和长时间安全开采,设计合理完井管柱和工艺,优选材料,优化完井液以及井筒防腐措施,引入试油完井一体化开发理念,建立贯穿油气井整个服役周期的安全井筒屏障,形成高温酸性气藏完井技术,保证了油气井安全。该技术在安岳气田上百口开发井成功应用,累计测试产气量超过5 000×104m3/d,为保障西南油气田分公司打造百亿气区提供了强力技术保障。整套完井技术对"三高"井具有普遍的适用性。
        The gas reservoirs such as Longwangmiao Formation and Dengying Formation in the Anyue gas field are characterized by complex geological conditions,deep burial,high temperature,high yield,and presence of sour gases such as H2 S and CO2,which bring challenges to the completion tool selection,wellbore integrity,optimization of operation scheme,and selection of completion fluid. In order to ensure the wellbore integrity and durable operation of development wells,a completion technology for high temperature sour gas reservoir was developed,including the reasonable design of completion pipe string and process,optimization of materials,completion fluid and wellbore anti-corrosion measures,introduction of the concept of integrated oil testing and completion,and establishment of a safe and effective wellbore barrier throughout the service life of wells. This technology has been successfully applied in hundreds of development wells in the Anyue gas field,with the cumulative test gas production exceeding 5 000×104 m3/d. Obviously,it provides a strong technical guarantee for building the Southwest Oil and Gas Field into a 10-billion-m3 level gas region. This completion technology is applicable to wells with high yield,high pressure and high content of H2 S.
