泉州高新技术产业发展研究

摘要
创新是引领经济发展的第一动力。我国要迈向高质量发展阶段,建设创新型国家的关键举措之一就是要大力发展高新技术产业。为全面贯彻党的十九大精神,实施创新驱动发展战略,深入研究高新技术产业发展问题对于泉州市经济实现可持续发展意义重大。利用2011—2017年福建省和泉州市相关数据进行SPSS分析可见,教育支出、企业规模与研发投入是影响泉州市技术创新的三个代表性因素。结合泉州市高新技术产业现有的创新实践,同时借鉴深圳高新区和杭州高新区的成功经验,可以较为客观地找出泉州市高新技术产业发展中的着力点,将有利于探索出促进泉州市高新技术产业发展的可行路径。
Innovation is the first driving force for the development of economy.China aims to step into a stage of high-quality development and become an innovation-oriented country,one of the key measures is to vigorously develop high-tech industries.In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress and implement the innovation-driven development strategy,in-depth research on the development of high-tech industry is of great significance to the sustainable development of Quanzhou's economy.A SPSS analysis was conducted,using the relevant data of Fujian Province and Quanzhou City from 2011 to 2017.It shows that education expenditure,enterprise scale and R&D investment are three representative factors affecting technological innovation in Quanzhou.Based on the existing innovation practice of high-tech industry in Quanzhou and drawing on the successful experience of Shenzhen High-tech Zone and Hangzhou High-tech Zone,we can be objectively found out the key points in the development of High-tech Industry in Quanzhou.It will be helpful to explore feasible paths to promote the development of high-tech industry in Quanzhou.
