习近平新时代科技创新观论要

摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平在继承和发展马克思主义经典作家的科技创新观、中国共产党历代领导集体的科技创新观、中华优秀传统文化的科技创新思想的基础上,结合国内科技发展现状和世界科技发展趋势,围绕科技创新提出了一系列新思想、新论断、新要求,形成了极具现实指导意义的新时代科技创新观。习近平新时代科技创新观内涵丰富,其核心内容主要包括经济、国际、安全、制度、价值、道路、战略、主体八个层面。通过这八个层面,习近平深刻阐述了科技创新对于国家发展的重大意义,为新时代科技创新指明了实践方向。
Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new thinking,new assertion,new requirements around scientific and technological innovation,based on inheriting and developing the scientific and technological innovation view of Marxist classical writers,the scientific and technological innovation view of the Communist Party of China leading collective,and the scientific and technological innovation thought of Chinese excellent traditional culture,combined with the present situation of domestic science and the development trend of world science and technology,have formed a concept of scientific and technological innovation in the new era,which is of great practical guiding significance. Xi Jinping's view of scientific and technological innovation in the new era is rich in content,and its core content mainly includes eight layers,namely,economy,international,security,system,value,road,strategy and subject. Through these eight layers,Xi Jinping elaborated on the great significance of scientific and technological innovation for the country's development and pointed out the practical direction for scientific and technological innovation in the new era.
